Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. EXTENSION OF DEFENSE PRODUCTION ACT OF 3
1950. 4
Section 717(a) of the Defense Production Act of 5
1950 (50 U.S.C. 4564(a)) is amended by striking ‘‘Sep-6
tember 30, 2025’’ and inserting ‘‘September 30, 2026’’. 7
