A BILL
To amend the Agricultural Marketing Act of 1946 with re-
spect to mandatory reporting of dairy products proc-
essing costs.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representa-1
tives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Fair Milk Pricing for 4
Farmers Act’’. 5
SEC. 2. MANDATORY REPORTING OF DAIRY PRODUCTS 6
PROCESSING COSTS. 7
Section 273 of the Agricultural Marketing Act of 8
1946 (7 U.S.C. 1637b) is amended— 9

(1) in subsection (b)— 1

AIRY PRODUCTS PROCESSING COSTS .— 8
Not later than 3 years after the date of enactment 9
of this paragraph, and every 2 years thereafter, the 10
Secretary shall publish a report containing the infor-11
mation obtained under subsection (b)(1)(C).’’. 12
