17, 1937, pursuant to section 17 of the Act of June 18, 1
1934 (commonly known as the ‘‘Indian Reorganization 2
Act’’) (48 Stat. 988, chapter 576; 25 U.S.C. 5124), is 3
hereby accepted and that charter of incorporation is here-4
by revoked. 5
