SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. 3
This Act may be cited as the ‘‘Guaranteeing Overtime 4
for Truckers Act’’. 5

Section 13(b)(1) of the Fair Labor Standards Act of 3
1938 (29 U.S.C. 213(b)(1)) is repealed. 4
