In addition to amounts otherwise pro-1 vided by section 101, for ‘Federal Emergency Manage-2 ment Agency—Disaster Relief Fund’, there is appro-3 priated $750,000,000, for an additional amount for fiscal 4 year 2025, to remain available until expended, for major 5 disasters declared pursuant to the Robert T. Stafford Dis-6 aster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 7 5121 et seq.): Provided, That such amount is designated 8 by the Congress as being for an emergency requirement 9 pursuant to section 251(b)(2)(A)(i) of the Balanced Budg-10 et and Emergency Deficit Control Act of 1985, and shall 11 be available only if the President subsequently so des-12 ignates such amount and transmits such designation to 13 the Congress. 14 ‘‘S EC. 173. In addition to amounts otherwise pro-15 vided by section 101, there is appropriated $1,650,000 for 16 the ‘Office of Navajo and Hopi Relocation—Salaries and 17 Expenses’ to remain available until expended to carry out 18 responsibilities under the Navajo-Hopi Land Settlement 19 Act of 1974. 20 ‘‘S EC. 174.
