of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That Congress disapproves the rule submitted by the Bu-3
reau of Ocean Energy Management relating to ‘‘Protec-4
tion of Marine Archaeological Resources’’ (89 Fed. Reg. 5
71160 (September 3, 2024)), and such rule shall have no 6
force or effect. 7
