JOINT RESOLUTION
Terminating the national emergency declared to impose
global tariffs.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives1
of the United States of America in Congress assembled, 2
That, pursuant to section 202 of the National Emer-3
gencies Act (50 U.S.C. 1622), the national emergency de-4
clared on April 2, 2025, by the President in Executive 5
Order 14257 (90 Fed. Reg. 15041) is terminated effective 6
on the date of the enactment of this joint resolution. 7
