12General Description:
13 This bill extends the sunset date for provisions authorizing the insurance commissioner
14to coordinate with other entities regarding certain insurance regulations.

17 <extends the sunset date for provisions authorizing the insurance commissioner to: 
18 Cadopt an agreement with certain entities within or outside the state to address
19certain insurance regulations; and
20 Cnegotiate an interstate compact to address issuance of certain insurance

31Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
32 Section 1.  Section 63I-1-231 is amended to read:
33 63I-1-231.  Repeal dates: Title 31A.
34 [(1)]  Section 31A-2-217, Coordination with other states, is repealed July 1, [2023]
