8LONG TITLE
9General Description:
10 This bill extends the sunset date for provisions authorizing the insurance commissioner
11to coordinate with other entities regarding certain insurance regulations.
12Highlighted Provisions:
13 This bill:
14 <extends the sunset date for provisions authorizing the insurance commissioner to:
15 Cadopt an agreement with certain entities within or outside the state to address
16certain insurance regulations; and
17 Cnegotiate an interstate compact to address issuance of certain insurance
18certificates of authority; and
19 <makes technical changes.

28Be it enacted by the Legislature of the state of Utah:
29 Section 1. Section 63I-1-231 is amended to read: H.B. 14 Enrolled Copy
