Individuals & Businesses UCA 36-12-13(2)(c) Enactment of this legislation could cause individuals to pay a $3 in additional vehicle registration fees totaling $90,000 in FY 2025 and $1,140,000 beginning in FY 2026. This could also cause increased court fees for individuals caught violating the "lighted materials" provisions of this bill at $220 per case beginning in FY 2025. This could also increase fees to $10 per load for businesses and individuals with an unsecured load at a land fill.
