Statement of purpose of bill as introduced: This bill proposes to extend the 8
due date, and provide relief for, a late filed homestead declaration. The bill 9
also increases the household income threshold used to qualify for a property 10
tax credit and increase the amount of housesite value that is factored into the 11
computation of the credit amount. 12
