Remedial Legislation
2023 Wisconsin Act 255 is remedial legislation introduced by the Law Revision Committee, at the
request of the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, that updates the name of an
organization that must be a member of the Agricultural Producer Security Council. Specifically, the act
updates the name of the Midwest Food Processors Association, Inc., to the Midwest Food Products
Association, Inc.
Effective date: March 31, 2024
