2023 ASSEMBLY BILL 157
Assembly Bill 157 requires the Department of Natural Resources (DNR) to prepare a biennial work plan
that establishes priorities and goals for habitat work on DNR-managed lands and measures progress on
the established goals and priorities. DNR must annually report its progress on habitat work plan goals
to the Natural Resources Board.
ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1
Assembly Amendment 1 requires DNR to annually report its progress on habitat work plan goals to the
Joint Committee on Finance and the relevant legislative standing committees, as well as to the Natural
Resources Board.
