This increase matches an increase made in the 2023-25 biennial budget act for nonresident deer hunting licenses. ASSEMBLY AMENDMENT 1 Assembly Amendment 1 specifies that the bill takes effect on March 1, 2024. As introduced, the bill takes effect on the date after it is published. BILL HISTORY Representative Pronschinske offered Assembly Amendment 1 on January 29, 2024. On February 6, 2024, the Assembly Committee on Forestry, Parks and Outdoor Recreation voted to recommend adoption of the amendment and passage of the bill, as amended, both on votes of Ayes, 11; Noes, 0.
