2023 SENATE BILL 780
2023 Senate Bill 780 increases fees for nonresident archer and crossbow hunting licenses to $197.25,
from $162.25 under current law. That increase matches an increase made in the 2023-25 biennial
budget act for nonresident deer hunting licenses.
SENATE AMENDMENT 1
Senate Amendment 1 specifies that the bill takes effect on March 1, 2024. As introduced, the bill takes
effect on the date after it is published.
