Relating to allowing license plates to be obtained from alternative sources when the Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation is unable to produce them
Authorizing sheriffs who are members of the public retirement system to retire upon attaining the age of sixty-two with eight or more years of service.
The purpose of this bill is to provide management agencies receiving funds from the West Virginia Mothers and Babies Pregnancy Support Program the ability, in coordination with the Bureau for Public Health, to promulgate rules requirements, and procedures for expending funds.
