Requesting the Division of Highways rename the section of road located on U.S. Route 250 just North of the Moundsville city limits to just North of the intersection of W.V. Route 891 to the "Waynesburg Pike Road" and have an additional sign placed at the intersection of W.V. Route 88 and U.S. Route 250.
Whereas, the Marshall County 911 Infrastructure Renaming Committee has designated this portion of road as the Waynesburg Pike Road, Delegate Sheedy requests that a sign be placed at the intersection of W.V. Route 88 and U.S. Route 250 acknowledging it as such; therefore, be it
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the Division of Highways rename the section of road located on U.S. Route 250 just North of the Moundsville city limits to just North of the intersection of W.V. Route 891 to the "Waynesburg Pike Road" and have an additional sign placed at the intersection of W.V. Route 88 and U.S. Route 250; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Division of Highways is hereby requested to have made and be placed signs identifying the portion of road as such at the intersection of W.V. Route 88 and U.S. Route 250; and, be it
Further Resolved, That the Clerk of the House forward a copy of this resolution to the Commissioner of the Division of Highways.
