A BILL to amend and reenact §64-7-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to promulgate a legislative rule relating to the sale of wine and hard cider.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia: 

##  ARTICLE 7. Authorization for Department of revenue to promulgate legislative rules.

The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 20, 2024, authorized under the authority of §60-8-23 of this code, modified by the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-Making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on November 14, 2024, relating to the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner (sale of wine and hard cider, 175 CSR 04), is authorized. 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Alcohol Beverage Control Commissioner to promulgate a legislative rule relating to sale of wine and hard cider.
