A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Massage Therapy Licensure Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to general provisions.
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
## ARTICLE 9. Authorization for miscellaneous boards and agencies to promulgate legislative rules.
The legislative rule filed in the State Register on August 30, 2024, authorized under the authority of §30-37-6 of this code, relating to the Massage Therapy Licensure Board (general provisions, 194 CSR 01), is authorized.
NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Massage Therapy Licensure Board to promulgate a legislative rule relating to general provisions.
