By Senator Rucker[Introduced March 21, 2025; referredto the Committee on Government Organization] A BILL to repeal §5A-9-1, §5A-9-2, §5A-9-3, §5A-9-4, and §5A-9-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to repeal of antiquated language related to the Voluntary Gilding the Dome Check-Off Program. Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia: ARTICLE 9. VOLUNTARY GILDING THE DOME CHECK-OFF PROGRAM. §1. Repeal of article creating Voluntary Gilding the Dome Check-Off Program. That §5A-9-1 through §5A-9-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed. NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to repeal antiquated provisions of Code related to the Gilding the Dome Check-Off Program.Strike-throughs indicate language that would be stricken from a heading or the present law and underscoring indicates new language that would be added.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
## ARTICLE 9. VOLUNTARY GILDING THE DOME CHECK-OFF PROGRAM.
That §5A-9-1 through §5A-9-5 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, are repealed.
