Specifically, it creates a $25.00 registration fee for antique snowmobiles; increases resident snowmobile fees by $15.00; increases non-resident snowmobile fees by $35.00; and increases commercial snowmobile fees by $45.00. Assumptions: Estimated revenue is based on the average registration sales between 2022 and 2024 provided by SPCR. Assume 100 antique snowmobile registrations in the first year and 75 thereafter.
