The fiscal impact, in the form of increased fee revenue, is indeterminable.
This bill would allow the Secretary of State’s Office to charge up to five
thousand dollars ($5,000) to process an expedited filing. This could potentially
bring in more fee revenue, but the Secretary of State’s Office cannot predict how
much revenue at this time because it is unknown how often this service will be
utilized.
