1 AN ACT relating to game and fish; amending qualifications
2 for a nonresident trapping license; and providing for an

7. W.S. 23-2-303(a) and by creating a new
8 subsection (h) is amended to read:

14 (a) Any person may, in the discretion of the

1 fee, receive a license to trap any furbearing animal. The
2 department shall issue a trapping license to a
3 nonresident only if:
