A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to school finance; removing an additional
2 annual distribution of the county school fund; and
3 providing for an effective date.

7W.S. 21-13-207 is amended to read:

9-13207. Apportionment of funds by county

12 On the second Monday of each month, and on June 20 or the
13
14 the county treasurer shall apportion all monies in
15 the county treasury belonging to the county school fund, 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-06162HB0129
1 including all interest earned thereon and including fines
2 and forfeitures, among the various school districts of the
3 county in the same percentages as provided by W.S.
4 21-13-201(b) and shall immediately pay the amount to each
5 school district.

7. This act is effective immediately upon
8 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
9 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
10 Constitution.
