W.S. 31-18-801(a) by creating new 13 paragraphs (xl) and (xli) and 31-18-804(a) are amended to 14 read: 15 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-03952HB01321 2 3 (a) As used in this article: 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 (a) The director or his authorized representative may 19 issue permits for separate movements or extended periods of 20 movement effective for one (1) or more months, not to 21 exceed permitting hauling of 22 forest products, baled hay, portable building units, 23 or combine headers. No permit issued 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-03953HB0132 1 under this section shall be granted for any load of forest 2 products exceeding one hundred twelve (112) inches in width 3 or any load of baled hay, portable building units, building 4 or combine headers exceeding 5 inches in width and 6 fifteen (15) feet in height. 7 8 fee for a single trip permit is fifteen dollars ($15.00). 9 The fee for an extended period permit is 10two hundred dollars ($200.00). 11 12The department of transportation shall 13 promulgate all rules necessary to implement this act. 14 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-03954HB01321. 2 3 (a) Except as provided in subsection (b) of this 4 section, this act is effective July 1, 2025. 5 6 (b) Sections 2 and 3 of this act are effective 7 immediately upon completion of all acts necessary for a 8 bill to become law as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of 9 the Wyoming Constitution. 10 11 (END)
