A BILL

1 AN ACT relating to cities and towns; requiring jurisdiction
2 over pending building permit or land use applications to
3 remain with the county until the applications are issued or
4 denied; requiring jurisdiction to transfer to an annexing
5 city or town as specified; specifying applicability; and
6 providing for an effective date.

10This act shall apply to annexations,
11 building permit applications and land use applications
12 filed on and after July 1, 2025.
