FISCAL NOTE
This bill contains an appropriation of $2,887,621 from the PUBLIC SCHOOL FOUNDATION
PROGRAM ACCOUNT to the State Construction Department, effective immediately, to
supplement K-12 school district major maintenance payments for school year 2025-
2026.
This bill contains an appropriation of $223,970,152 from the PUBLIC SCHOOL
FOUNDATION PROGRAM ACCOUNT to the School Facilities Commission to supplement K-12
school facilities appropriations for the FY 2025-2026 biennium, effective
immediately, for the following purposes:

This bill reappropriates up to $13,400,000 or as much thereof is available from
2023 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 94, Section 313(j)(xiii), effective immediately,
to the School Facilities Commission to supplement previous appropriations for
inflationary costs associated with projects approved by the commission and funded
by the Legislature.
