A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to water development projects; increasing
2 the grant provided to the Laprele dam rehabilitation
3 project; transferring funds from the legislative
4 stabilization reserve account to water development account
5 II; and providing for an effective date.

5 (v) Project grant: The state of Wyoming shall
6 grant to the sponsor from water development account II
7 through the commission for the design and construction of
8 the project an amount not to exceed
9 or
10 one hundred percent (100%) of these actual development
11 costs, whichever is less;

13 (vi) Appropriation:

15 2022 Wyoming Session Laws, Chapter 74,
16 Section 1(a)(iii), as amended, appropriated thirty million
17 dollars ($30,000,000.00) to the commission to carry out the
18 purpose of this subsection;.

5. There is appropriated sixty million
6 dollars ($60,000,000.00) from the legislative stabilization
7 reserve account to water development account II, created by
8 W.S. 41-2-124(a)(ii).

10. This act is effective immediately upon
11 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
12 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
13 Constitution.
