Assumptions: The Game and Fish Department assumes the number of nonresident fishing licenses issued are consistent with the five-year average for calendar years 2019 through 2023, resulting in an estimated annual revenue increase of $686,230 to the Game and Fish Fund. The average annual revenue increase to the Game and Fish fund in the form of licensing fees for each nonresident fishing license is calculated as follows: • to an estimated $223,810 annual revenue increase; • to an estimated $319,950 annual revenue increase • increase equates to an estimated $142,470 annual revenue increase.
