1 AN ACT relating to public utilities; repealing low-carbon
2 energy standard requirements; repealing conflicting
3 provisions; making conforming amendments; specifying
4 applicability; requiring rulemaking; and providing for an

22 promulgate all rules necessary to implement this act.
