A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to game and fish; authorizing persons to
2 hunt specified animals from aircraft, automotive vehicles,
3 trailers, motor-propelled wheeled vehicles or snowmobiles;
4 and providing for an effective date.

14 (a) No person shall harass, pursue, hunt, shoot, or

3 with, from,
4 or by use of any aircraft, automotive vehicle, trailer,
5 motor-propelled wheeled vehicle, or vehicle designed for
6 travel over snow. No person shall use any aircraft, to aid
7 in the taking of any Wyoming wildlife, except predatory
8 animals, whether by spotting or locating the wildlife,
9 communicating with any person attempting to take the
10 wildlife, or by providing other aid to any person taking
11 the wildlife. Nothing in this subsection shall apply to the
12 use of any aircraft by governmental agencies, their
13 employees, contractors or designees performing any lawful
14 duties. The commission may exempt handicapped hunters from
15 any provision of this subsection. For purposes of this
16 section, "aircraft" means any machine or device capable of
17 atmospheric flight including but not limited to an
18 airplane, helicopter, glider, dirigible or unmanned aerial
19 vehicle.
