1 AN ACT relating to wildlife and livestock; amending the
2 delayed effective date for a prior act related to bighorn
3 and domestic sheep relocation and making the prior act
4 effective by contingency; repealing a duplicative effective
5 date; and providing for an effective date.

3 been enacted that aligns with the
4 purposes of this act. If no federal law
5 is enacted that aligns with the

13. This act is effective immediately upon
14 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
15 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
16 Constitution.
