FISCAL NOTE
The Attorney General’s Office (A.G.) indicates that the fiscal impact to the
Attorney General’s Office is indeterminable. If the A.G. is required to file
numerous actions in District Court to enforce this bill, there would be a
significant fiscal impact to the A.G., potentially requiring additional attorney
resources.

This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or
responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or
staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency
