Assumptions: Each board impacted by this bill estimated the revenue decrease in the form of fee revenues based on the number of current licensees with addresses outside Wyoming and using those as proxies for the number of licensees that would no longer be required to be licensed in Wyoming or that must apply for an initial license to provide telehealth services to residents of Wyoming. Each board used the current fees charged for an initial license or to renew a license and the renewal requirements to estimate the revenue decrease for the particular board.
