FISCAL NOTE
The Military Department (Department) has indicated that passage of this bill may
potentially jeopardize the Wyoming National Guard’s access to federal equipment,
resources and federal funding. The Department also mentions that most of the
Wyoming National Guard’s resources are federal, and loss of those resources would
limit the functionality of the Wyoming National Guard.
NOTICE-AGENCY ESTIMATE OF ADMINISTRATIVE IMPACT REQUESTED
This bill has administrative impact that appears to increase duties or
responsibilities of one or more state agencies and may impact agency spending or
staffing requirements. As introduced, the bill does not modify any state agency
budget or current personnel authorizations.

administrative fiscal impact prior to the first committee meeting held to
consider the bill:
