The appropriation is effective July 1, 2025, and shall not revert and is continuously appropriated. The appropriation is intended to be included in the Department of Education’s (Department) standard budget for the immediately succeeding fiscal biennium. Each participating county based affiliate program’s match will result in an anticipated, indeterminable revenue increase to the Account, not to exceed $320,000 in FY 2026. The Department shall provide each participating county based affiliate program an additional amount from the Account not to exceed the amount received by the participating county based affiliate program, resulting in an anticipated, indeterminable expenditure increase, not to exceed $320,000 in FY 2026.
