7. W.S. 39-11-105(a)(xlii) is amended to
8 read:

12 (a) The following property is exempt from property
13 taxation:

15 (xlii) If a person owns two thousand four

1 in fair market value of
2 business property in county,
3 shall be exempt
4. As used in this paragraph,
5 "business property" means taxable personal property
6 excluding any property that is exempt under W.S.
7 39-11-105(a)(xi) as personal property held for personal or
8 family use.

10. This act is effective January 1, 2026.
