A BILL

1 AN ACT relating to registered offices and agents;
2 authorizing the secretary of state to release confidential
3 information maintained by registered agents as specified;
4 and providing for an effective date.

8. W.S. 17-28-108(c) is amended to read:

12 (c) The secretary of state shall hold any records
13 obtained pursuant to this section confidential except for
14 information already on file with the secretary of state as
15 part of a public document and information required to be in 2025STATE OF WYOMING25LSO-02052SF0059
1 the annual report required by W.S. 17-16-1630(a). The
2 secretary of state may release any such confidential
3 information only pursuant to court ordered subpoena,
4 a bona fide law enforcement agency for use in a criminal
5 investigation
