8. W.S. 39-11-105(a) by creating a new
9 paragraph (xlvi) is amended to read:

13 (a) The following property is exempt from property
14 taxation:

5 The property tax exemption created in
6 section 1 of this act shall apply to the tax year beginning
7 January 1, 2025.

9. This act is effective immediately upon
10 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
11 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
12 Constitution.
