A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to professions and occupations; specifying
2 that the practice of natural hair braiding is exempt from
3 the Wyoming Cosmetology Act; clarifying that the owner of a
4 salon may require certification for the practice of natural
5 hair braiding; making conforming amendments; and providing
6 for an effective date.
