A BILL
for
1 AN ACT relating to relating to K-12 school facilities;
2 repealing the requirement that charter schools receive
3 reimbursement for leasing expenses if the state
4 construction department determines there are no existing
5 adequate educational facilities within the school district;
6 making conforming amendments; and providing for an
7 effective date.

3 (ix) Review requests submitted by charter
4 schools pursuant to W.S.
5 determine whether space exists within the applicable
6 district for operation of the charter school that is
7 available and adequate.

9. W.S. 21-3-110(a)(x)(A)(II) is repealed.

11. This act is effective immediately upon
12 completion of all acts necessary for a bill to become law
13 as provided by Article 4, Section 8 of the Wyoming
14 Constitution.
