FISCAL NOTE
The State Construction Department indicates this bill has no significant fiscal or
personnel impact.
This bill repeals the requirement under W.S. 21-3-110(a)(x)(A)(II) that a charter
school's lease payment is conditioned upon the State Construction Department's
determination no adequate educational facilities exist within the applicable
district for operation of a charter school.
