Assumptions: The Board of Medicine estimates it would receive twelve new license applications in FY 2026 and eight new license applications FY 2027 and FY 2028, resulting in a revenue increase from the $200 application fee of $2,400 in FY 2026 and $1,600 in FY 2027 and FY 2028. The Board of Medicine estimates 90 percent of license holders will renew each year, resulting in an estimated ten renewals in FY 2026, eight renewals FY 2027, and fifteen renewals in FY 2028. The renewal application fee of $80 results in an estimated revenue increase of $800 in FY 2026, $640 in FY 2027, and $1,200 and FY 2028.
