BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 3
* Section 1. AS 08.03.010(c)(13) is amended to read: 4
(13) State Medical Board (AS 08.64.010) - June 30, 2031 [2023];

* Sec. 2. The uncodified law of the State of Alaska is amended by adding a new section to 6
read: 7
RETROACTIVITY. If this Act takes effect after June 30, 2023, this Act is retroactive 8
to June 30, 2023. 9
* Sec. 3. This Act takes effect June 30, 2023. 10
