BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 2
* Section 1. AS 36.05.005 is amended to read: 3
Sec. 36.05.005. Applicability. This chapter applies only to a public 4
construction contract that exceeds $150,000 [$25,000].

* Sec. 2. This Act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c). 6
