BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA: 2
* Section 1. AS 46.07.020 is amended to read: 3
Sec. 46.07.020. Provision of facilities. The commissioner shall institute and 4
carry out a program to provide for the installation of safe water and hygienic sewage 5
disposal facilities in villages in the state that are necessary to assure that there will be 6
at least one facility for safe water and hygienic sewage disposal in each village. The
7
commissioner shall prioritize projects based on need. 8
