| 49 | 49 | | the determination. The committee's decision may also indicate whether the subject 5 |

| 50 | 50 | | cooperated with the committee in its proceedings. If the committee finds a violation, 6 |

| 51 | 51 | | or lack of cooperation by the subject, the decision shall recommend what sanctions, if 7 |
|---|
| 52 | 52 | | any, the committee believes are appropriate. If there has not been a hearing because 8 |
|---|
| 53 | 53 | | the person charged admitted to the allegations of the charge, the committee shall issue 9 |
|---|
| 54 | 54 | | a decision outlining the facts of the violation and containing a sanctions 10 |
