Suspending Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature,
concerning House Bill No. 122, authorizing the Alaska Railroad Corporation to issue revenue
bonds to finance the replacement of the Alaska Railroad Corporation's passenger dock and
related terminal facility in Seward, Alaska; and authorizing the Alaska Railroad Corporation
to issue revenue bonds to finance the completion of the Port MacKenzie Rail Extension in
Point MacKenzie, Alaska.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF ALASKA:
That under Rule 54, Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, the provisions of
Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e), Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature, regarding
changes to the title of a bill, are suspended in consideration of House Bill No. 122,
authorizing the Alaska Railroad Corporation to issue revenue bonds to finance the
replacement of the Alaska Railroad Corporation's passenger dock and related terminal facility
in Seward, Alaska; and authorizing the Alaska Railroad Corporation to issue revenue bonds to
finance the completion of the Port MacKenzie Rail Extension in Point MacKenzie, Alaska.
