55 | 55 | | wireless device that has the capability to provide voice, messaging, or other data 13 |

68 | | - | shall make the report available to the public, submit the report to the senate secretary and the 26 |

69 | | - | chief clerk of the house of representatives, and notify the legislature that the report is 27 |
