3 To alter, rearrange, and extend the boundary lines
4 and corporate limits of the municipality of the City of Bay
5 Minette in Baldwin County.
6 BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF ALABAMA:
7 Section 1. The boundary lines and corporate limits
8 of the municipality of the City of Bay Minette in Baldwin
9 County are altered, rearranged, and extended to include within
10 the corporate limits of the municipality, in addition to the
11 lands now included, all of the following territory:

19 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, 182.78 feet to a rebar;

8 Baldwin County, Alabama, and the map is open to the inspection
9 of the public.
10 Section 3. This act shall become effective on the
11 first day of the third month following its passage and
12 approval by the Governor, or its otherwise becoming law.
